COME TO MY BARRE TUESDAYS
Increase Your Core Strength
Tuesdays - 8am / Geniève Gordon
Using Pilates-inspired movements, light weights, and high-level repetition, this Barre session is a slow burn to ultimate core strength. No equipment is necessary but we utilize light weights (canned goods, bottled water, etc) and a chair for balance. Exercise bands are used occasionally.
POWER STRENGTH THURSDAYS
Increase Your Overall Body Strength
Thursdays - 8am / Geniève Gordon
Using a combination of high-intensity movements, weights and some repetition, this Power Strength session builds strength, agility and flexibility. We will be using 5lb weights. Don't have pre-made weights? Get creative with a stack of books or canned goods in a backpack or durable bag. Optional: bench or platform and mat.
YIN YOGA STRETCH THURSDAYS
Increase Your Overall Body Strength
Thursdays - 6:10pm / Derric Harris aka dthesmilingyogi
This stretch class is inspired by Yin Yoga. In the Yin practice, practitioners are encouraged to use props to possibly go deeper into the shapes. The shapes are timed and geared towards creating more space, with the focus on sensations, not how deep you can go.

BARRE FITSERIOUS SATURDAYS
Optimize Your Cardio & Balance
Saturdays - 8am / Geniève Gordon
A hybrid-rigorous workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training, this Barre Fitserious session maximizes cardio and balance for optimum results. We will utilize a mat, yoga block, sturdy chair, 2lb to 5lb weights, mini bands, and exercise ball (or rolled-up towel).
